Me and AmandaI am the one on the right. Just a normal 22 23 year old college student.

Right now, I’m living in downtown Atlanta while attending Georgia Tech. I’m a fifth sixth year majoring in Science Technology and Culture. Originally, way back in 2003 when I began my college experience, I was pursing a degree in International Affairs and Modern Languages with a concentration in Spanish (a mouthful I know). However, after writing the acronym a few times, it just didn’t seem worth it. That and the fact that learning about the government just wasn’t as interesting as it was in high school. Maybe that’s due to the fact that high school teachers don’t do research on the side. I digress. Computational Media came next. A fun class in Computer Science paved the way to web sites, programming, and design. Unfortunately, learning languages like Java and C weren’t really the type of thing I wanted to do. Just being able to design and possibly code in a more web based language like PHP seemed a better fit.

I lead a fairly normal life. School during the day and doing whatever at night. I also enjoy making websites for fun. I’ve done a few websites in the past, but nothing too special. I’m constantly getting bored with the web pages that I actually keep up with, so if you visit them at all you would probably notice the changes. A recently updated one is The Donger Lunch Report.

SkydivingQ: What’s the CRAZIEST thing I’ve ever done?
A: Skydiving. If the picture already didn’t give it away. If you ever get the chance, you MUST go.

Q: Would I do it again?
A: At the drop of a hat. With proper funding available of course. And I’m not the most height loving person around. But climbing at a 60 degree angle in a 10 seater plane for 10 minutes didn’t scare me one bit. Jumping from a moving airplane at 14,000 feet wasn’t even a worry. Falling over 100 mph with a small bag and some random man on my back did nothing. The best word to describe what I saw on the way down is breathtaking. Literally. With nothing around but clouds, sky, and sun, I literally forgot to breathe. And that’s the way it should be. When you’re face to face with such extreme beauty, you don”t breathe out of respect.
